Paul joins from IKB Deutsche Industriebank, where he has been Executive Director and part of the successful set-up of the Leveraged Finance and Sponsor Coverage platform in Frankfurt for the last two years. Previously, Kim worked as Assistant Director at merchant bank Augusta & Co. and as Vice President in Leveraged Finance for Dresdner Kleinwort in Frankfurt and London.

Herter & Co. is an independent financial advisory firm founded by Marcel Herter, former Head of Restructuring at Lazard & Co. and Head of Leveraged Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort. The firm focuses on sponsor and corporate debt advisory as well as restructuring. In 2012, Herter & Co. amongst others successfully advised TOM TAILOR on its EUR 225m senior refinancing and on the EUR 475m financing package for its acquisition of Bonita, as well as Ströer out-of-Home Media on its EUR 500m refinancing.
